Building Futures creates a pathway for populations with significant barriers to earn technical skills, work experience, and life-sustaining employment in the constuction industry. This program offers a 10 week certification course that combines on-the-job experience, training, and a monthly education stipend for participants.

Program Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand on feet
  • Reliable transporation
